Lemon Dill Salmon Fillets

Lemon Dill Salmon Fillets

These Lemon Dill Salmon Fillets are coated in Ordinary Evelyn’s Dilly Dill Dip Mix, giving them bright citrus flavor and fresh herb goodness with almost no effort at all.
They’re light enough for a weeknight dinner, but elegant enough to serve for guests. And yes, they feel fancy without being complicated.

Yield: Serves 4

Prep: 5 minutes

Cook: 9–12 minutes

Total: ~15–17 minutes

Ingredients

Optional toppings/sauce

  • Lemon wedges
  • Fresh dill
  • Flaky salt

Instructions

1) Preheat + prep
If using an oven, preheat to 400°F (204°C). Pat the salmon dry and place in the air fryer basket or on a lined baking sheet.

2) Make the lemon dill paste
In a small bowl, mix together the Dilly Dill Dip Mix, olive oil, and lemon juice until a paste forms.

3) Coat + cook

Spread the paste evenly over the top of the salmon until fully coated. Cook in the air fryer or oven at 400°F for 9–12 minutes, or until the salmon reaches your desired internal temperature (145°F for well done).

4) Finish + serve
Remove from the air fryer or oven and transfer to a large platter. Top with an extra squeeze of lemon, fresh dill, and flaky salt if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes from Evelyn’s Kitchen

  • Patting the salmon dry helps the seasoning paste adhere better.
  • Cooking time will vary slightly depending on thickness, thinner fillets cook faster.
