Blueberry Habanero Brie Bites

These brie bites are the perfect appetizer—sweet heat from our Blueberry Habanero Spread, creamy brie, and buttery pastry all in one bite.

Instructions

1) Preheat + prep

Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 24-count mini muffin tin with oil or butter.

2) Prep the pastry + brie

Roll out the crescent dough on a cutting board and cut into 24 squares (about 1 1/2–2 inches each).
Cut the brie into 24 small cubes (about 1/4 - 1/2 inch).

3) Assemble + bake

Press one dough square into each muffin cup, gently pushing it up the sides.

Add 1 cube of brie to each cup, then spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of Blueberry Habanero Spread on top.

Bake 12–15 minutes, just until the pastry is lightly golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Let cool 5–10 minutes before serving (the filling will be very hot).

4) Serve

Arrange on a platter. Top with fresh blueberries if you’d like, and serve warm with extra Blueberry Habanero Spread on the side.
